I am in the proces of starting a new busines that will import and sell least 100 mopeds per month. I am interested in vehicles that meet the following. They must be two wheeled and powered by a 50 cc or less gasoline motor and have pedals for human power asist too. The maximum speed under gasoline power is to be 30 mph or less on level ground with a 170 pound operator
