We may be interested in long bed slats radius 8000 mm, 100% birch, natural finish at the bottom side, grey paper on the top.
Below please find our exact equirements:
1) 70g grey paper on top from chinese producer: "", tel, colour "mouse grey", number: 8048-1D. Please note that we don't accept any other paper.
2) E0 glue !
3) level of formaldehyde emission cannot exceed 1,2 mg/hm2 (about 0,5 mg/l)
4) radius of curvature: 8000 mm for the length over 1000 mm
5) Tolerances: +-1mm in length and +- 0,5mm in the width and + 0,5 mm (only in plus) in the thickness
6) Birch veneer natural finish on the bottom side
7) The surface must be smooth (no glue remainings)
8) The edges rounded: rounded enough to put slats into plastic holders, the edges cannot be sharp (square-cornered)
9) Any core gaps/holes on the edges are not allowed; if they appear, they must be glue-filled but the surface must be cleaned after such action. Fillings should not be visible and stick out. After filling holes with glue, it must be polished.
10) Face veneer must be in one piece, without any joints.
11) Some small, not falling out knots (point knots) and some discolorations are allowed on the bottom side
