general procedures:

Seller delivers Draft Contract, which is signed, sealed and returned by the Buyer.

Seller will submit bank letter for product availability with full banking responsibility.

Buyers bank will authenticate the letter via Bank to bank e-mail per procedures to be supplied later.

Buyer issues POF, Seller provides buyer with POP.

After POP verification the Buyer makes payment via MT103 for the first month and issues RDLC for the second month and subsequent shipments.

Shipping begins.
