We are looking for Mercerized Knit Fabric which is used for Lingerie.

The requirements are:

1. Fibre Composition: Single, Blended, (No Tolerance, 3% max)

2. Fabric weight (cotton/ cotton blend only): 100-105 g/sqm (-3% / +7%)

3. Appearance after wash: satisfactory 4-5 for cross stain;

4. Pilling Resistance: 3-4 hrs;

5. Bursting Strength: 250 kPa;

6. Color fastness - color change: 4

7. Color fastness - color stain: 3-4

8. Color fastness - self stain: 4-5;

9.PH Value: 5.0-7.5;

10. Azo Dye Stuff: 30 ppm;

This knit fabric should be merceized and for use of manufacturing of lingerie !
