1) Size of the Area required (floor plan, complete line design with front platen design etc.)

2) Utilities i.e. Power, Gas, Compressed Air etc.

a) The requirement of Electrical input power in total (KW), Gas, Compressed Air etc.

b) LPG Gas Consumption for Hot Log Shear and Ageing Furnace (Gas Fired) etc.

3) And or other necessary services etc.
