Three sizes needed

All pieces must be made from copper. The cones can be stamped hollow to save money on copper costs. But they should be strong enough so they don't bend or break away from the copper panels. And they must be attached to square shaped panels.


2 cm x 2 cm panel with 16 cones per panel. Each cone 10 mm high by 4 mm wide at the base Approximate weight 2 grams per unit
qty needed 120 panels

5 cm x 5 cm panel with 36 cones per panel. Each cone 19 mm high by 8 mm wide at the base. Approximate weight 14 grams per unit
qty needed 120 panels

17.5cmx 17.5 cm panel with 400 cones per panel. Each cone 24 mm high by 10 mm wide at the base. Approximate weight 342 grams per unit
Qty needed 6 panels
