We are looking for an EPS/thermocol compactor of capacity around 150-200 Kg/hr. We want hot melt type compactor equipped with crusher.

Low density EPS/theromocol scrap will be fed to the crusher which will be crushed by crusher and melted inside the extruder with elecrical heaters.

The extruder should have a vent for the exhaust of gases.

The output should have a screen changer for filtering the melt.

We will buy the machine without motors, after conducting the trials at the vendor's factory the machine will be shipped to our factory after removing motors, which will then be installed by us.
