I need a type of multifunction drilling rig

it should be multifunction for

- 40 cm diameters vertical pile drill for building structures at least 40 meters deep.
- Verticaly or angled code drilling for as much as deep with HQ,BQ,NQ .stc. type core bits
- Water well drilling 180 mm diameters at least 300 meters below.
- Drill rig has to be crawled. and it has to be swing around. 360 degre.
- Mast should be change angle 0 to 90 degre.
- It may drill horizontaly at least 20 cm diameters for 25-30 meters depth.
- Should be small dimentions for transport purpose

It may use different extra units according to drilling type what will be assembled or changed to main system when it needs.
