Juan Roqueta e Hijos s.a. is based in the main fish market in Barcelona, Spain, where we own and operate seven stands in the market, as well as a fish processing factory and a cold storage facility. We are one of the biggest importers and distributors of fresh fish in Spain.

We are looking for suppliers of ULT (ultra low temperature) or "super frozen", -60 degree Celsius yellowfin and bigeye tuna loins, of the grades, A, B and mainly C. The product must be sea frozen to -60, and stored and transported at -60C. The product must be skin on, bloodline in, but we will also look at offers of HG, GG, WR and bloodline out, skin off. It is also essential that the loins be red in colour.

We are looking for serious long term suppliers.
