We are interested in buying 5 Million sacks as per following specifications.

Cement Sacks Specifications:



- Kraft paper sacks glue-pack, three plies, each ply have surface density of 80 gm/m2. minimum.

- Pasted valve type, number of perforated holes to be not less than 20 holes at the upper side of the sack to allow air escaping during filling.

- Type of paper 100% normal kraft paper.

- Sack capacity: 50 kg, Portland Cement.

- Sack dimensions: 63 x 49.5 x 10 cm.

- Should pass successfully the drop test at the standard height of 120cm. such as all six full bags are not torn during the test.

- Allowable tearing during the packaging and manual loading on the trucks must not exceed 0.3%.

- Logo name of client company should be typed on one side of the sacks in black color, two ends of the bag are adhered, with holes in the upper side near the valve.
