We need a small plastic molded item made. It will be
made from a flexible (bendable) plastic to fold into
three sections.
The small flat plastic item will be of a flexible plastic. The item
will be fifteen inches long. It will fold to five inches for
shipping purposes. It will be one inch wide. It will be
approximately one eighth of an inch thick. The finished
product for packaging will be approximately five inches high
by one inch wide by three eighths of an inch thick.

The item will have a sheet of four color process printed
stickers to accompany it. The stickers will fit into a molded
area on the plastic item. Both items will then be placed in a
sealed poly bag for shipping.
