New offer to buy n-type silicon

We are currently looking to buy 5 MT or more of n-type
silicon that has very loose specs and is below test grade.
N-type, any thickness or diameter, <100>, resistivity
greater than 2 ohm-cm, scratched, chipped, broken, coated
or bare.

Please give target price per KG. Spot offer ok but we can do this on a monthly basis.
