We are looking for the following ac/dc converter:

- Input voltage : (85)-230ACV /50Hz/60Hz

- Output (isolated): 12DCV/7A

- Output power: 85W

- Line, load regulation: 5%

- Output ripple: 0,5V

- Open frame, any type of case

- EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3 standard compatibility.

- The product will be used as a general consumer application, house application, cooking appliance.
- Mass production schedule
a: Samples: November 2005 (100pcs)
b: Start of production: Januar 2006
c: Full production: Maj 2006
- Target price:
The el. requirement are very light, so the price should be very low as much as it possible. If the total price will be to high we will not be involved in the project.
Because the output is standard, the converter should be selected from a type which is allready in serial production.
- Life time of the product: 5 years
- The converter will be use for a supply of the final power stage. There will be another electronic and there are enough place. So any kind of the size could be used, (of course in normal range), we can adapt the place for converter, depends of your modul. There is no need for low profile also.

We are asking you for a quotation for the 100k pcs/year (one hundred thousand).
