螺纹元件是双螺杆挤出机的重要工作部件之一，其品质直接影响了塑料颗粒的质量。螺纹套主要是用于喂入与传送物料，而物料的塑化、混合和分散是靠捏合块来实现。对不同的物料，可以通过改变螺纹元件的组合，来调节混合、剪切、分散和着色的效果。
