8 mnsi steel characteristics and scope of application: the steel on the basis of T8 steel can improve the hardenability. Mainly used for woodworking chisel tools, saw blade and other cutting tools, also used for disc saw, tipped knife measuring tool cutting tool steel body, etc.
8MnSi工具钢特性及适用范围： 此钢在T8钢的基础上提高了淬透性。主要用作木工工具凿子、锯条及其他刀具，也用于盘锯、镶片刀量具刃具用钢体等。
8MnSi化学成份：
碳 C ：0.75～0.85
硅 Si：0.30～0.60
锰 Mn：0.80～1.10
硫 S ：≤0.030
磷 P ：≤0.030
镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.25
铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.30
力学性能：
硬度 ：退火,≤229HB,压痕直径≥4.0mm;淬火,≥60HRC
热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：试样淬火800～820℃,油冷。
交货状态：钢材以退火状态交货。
