单相α铅黄铜HPb59－2铜棒及铜板
HPb59－2铅黄铜特性硬度、强度好，铅粒分布均匀，长期使用不翘曲。应用广泛。 铅黄铜：性质：在铜锌合金基础上，加入铅的黄铜。按含锌量可分为单相α铅黄铜，两相（α＋β）铅黄铜。单相α铅黄铜只能冷轧和热挤，常用的有63Cu－34Zn－3Pb合金，软态的拉伸强度达350MPa，延伸率为45％。具有较高的强度和良好的冷加工性能，有极好的切削性，主要用于仪表和其他机械式仪表上要求切削性极高的零件。两相（α＋β）铅黄铜可进行热轧、热挤和冷加工，典型的合金为59Cu－40Zn－1Pb，在550～650℃温度区间具有超塑性，有较高的强度和优良的切削性能，软态的拉伸强度为420MPa，延伸率为45％，是最经济、最常用的铅黄铜。
