1. Survey

Once you contact us, Shanghai Happy Move will arrange a pre-move survey. This is where one of our professional surveyors visits your home to calculate the volume of your household goods. All our surveyors are highly experienced moving specialists. They have worked in the removals business for many years and have a high degree of industry knowledge.
2. Quote
The surveyor will pass their calculations and inventory onto our moving team. You will be assigned a dedicated move coordinator, who will send you our quote and a letter introducing themselves.

3. Transportation
Depending on where you are moving to, your goods will either be transported by road, sea or air. We’ll track each stage of your move in our database, so your moving coordinator will be able to talk you through likely transit times, and keep you informed at every step.

4. Customs clearance and delivery

Shanghai Happy Move handle everything for you at your destination. This includes customs clearance and delivering your belongings to your new home as well as final unpacking to the rooms of your choice.

5. Unwrapping at your new home

Once our partner has delivered your goods, they will unpack it for you on a flat surface. They’ll even take away the packing materials for recycling when available.
