PA12 Rilsan AECV T8L高耐热性

The heat-resistant property of blend decreased with the
increase of K-MAH content in blend. The Vicat softening
temperature decreased 9℃ when K-MAH reached 5wt%, but afterthen, it has only a little change with the increasing of K-MAH
content. The water absorbability has a similar relation with
K-MAH content :
X=AXK-MAH+BXPA6
X: the water absorbability in blend, XK-MAH: the water absorbability
in K-MAH, XPA6: the water absorbability in PA6, A: percent of
K-MAH in blend, B: percent of PA6 in blend. There were two
factors influenced the water absorbability of blend. On the one
hand, the crystallization of PA6 decreased and amorphous area
increased with the increase of K-MAH content, so the water
absorbability of PA6 should increase; on the other hand, the
K-MAH entwisted with PA6 in amorphous area, it made the part of
PA6 absorb water difficultly, the water absorbability of PA6 should
decrease.
