In the blend of PA6/K-MAH, the beginning temperature of
meltage, the temperature of melting peak(Tm), the beginning
temperature of crystal and the temperature of crystallize peak (Tc)
decreased with the increase of K-MAH content. When the K-MAH
reached 5wt%, the Tm and Tc of PA6 decreased from 212.9℃,161.8
℃ to 202.1℃,153.2℃, after then, the change became smooth with
the increase of K-MAH content.
The crystallinity (Xc) of PA6 in blends was influenced by the
change of percent of K-MAH. When K-MAH reached 5wt%, the Xc
of PA6 hardly changed, but when K-MAH changed from 5wt% to
20wt%, the Xc decreased from 24.0% to 19.3%.
