用TOREX特瑞仕XCM410 替换Maxim Semiconductor MIC2774的优势:
XCM410系列是在一个封装组件中搭载两个高精度, 低消耗电流的XC6108, XC6109系列电压检测器而形成的实装芯片(IC,工作电压范围为1.0V~6.0V。备有VSEN和VIN两个电压检测引脚端子,可相互独立地在内部设定检测电压,可提供客户要求的定制品。
因为VSEN端子与电源输入端子相互独立,即使在监测电压为0V时,也能维持电压检测状态(低输出)。此外,VSEN端子与分割电阻连接,高于IC的工作电压时也能进行检测。
由于采用小型封装组件SOT-25,有利于节省空间。
