简介
将粉状物料加入物料槽内，喷射适量的雾化浆液，由于浆液的粘合作用，粉末之间相互粘着成细小的颗粒，完成“起母”过程。
将干燥筛分后的母粒投入物料槽内，按比例喷射雾化浆液和加入粉粒。
母粒在此基础上放大，一定时间后即可制得真球度很高的球星微丸。
将成品微丸投入物料槽内，喷射适量的雾化包衣液，即可形成均一连续的衣膜。
Introduction
Fill the material chute with powder materials and spray appropriate amount of atomized serofluid on them. Because of the binding effect of serofluid, powder can be bonded mutually to form tiny pellets, which is so called “master batch making”.
Feed the material chute with dried and filtered “Rough Pellets” and then spray the atomized serofluid and add the powder in a certain proportion.
The rough pellets are expanded accordingly and the well-conglobated pellets are available in time.
Feed the material chute with finished pellets and then spray appropriate amount of atomized coating liquid, in this way equally-distributed coating membrane can be made.
