DFZ系列是在消化吸收国外同类设备基础上推出的具有多重用途的流化床工艺设备，其设计目的是为了在同一设备中可进行干燥、制粒、包衣及包裹敷层。根据不同工艺目的，可采取三种工艺（顶喷、底喷、切线喷）途径实现通过更换不同的流化床装置，即可进行三种工艺操作，而其他功能系统则可共用（空气处理系统，机身组件，供液系统，送风系统，控制系统）。不同的流化床结构是最为核心的技术。三种工艺具有不同的能力，其实质区别仅在于物料的流化和液体的喷入方式。



DFZ series are multi-functional fluidized bed processing facilities by absorbing the techniques of the same type of equipments abroad. It is designed for integrating drying, pelletizing and coating materials within only one piece of equipment. Three kinds of processes (top-spraying, bottom-spraying and tangential spraying) can be achieved by altering different fluidized bed installations according to different processing aim, while the other functional system can be shared (air processing system , fuselage components for fluid systems, air supply system, control system). Fluidized bed is the core for different equipment. And the fluidization of material and jetting mode of liquid determine are the substantial differences among the three processes.
