Description
MT6705 is a high performance 45V
synchronous rectifier series product for
Flyback converters. It is compatible with
various Flyback converters types. It supports
DCM, CCM and Quasi-Resonant.
It integrates a 45V power MOSFET that can
replace Schottky diode for high efficiency.
It turns on the internal MOSFET if the
