性能与特点
EPDM TPV是由部分硫化乙丙橡胶（TPO）发展起来的，在传统的硫化橡胶中它的对手是CR(以防尘罩为代表)和EPDM(以汽车密封条为代表)。与TPO和CR、EPDM相比，EPDM TPV的性能有以下主要特点。
A. 压缩永久变形比TPO大有改善，而且也优于EPDM和CR；
B. 耐油性优于TPO；
C. 耐侯性能和耐臭氧性能优异。氙灯老化1000和2000h，强伸性能变化很小；
D. 耐热、耐寒，连续工作的最高温度135℃，最低温度－60℃，与EPDM相当，优于CR；
E. 电性能优良；
F. 屈挠性能优良，特别是抗屈挠割口增长性佳；
G. 有多种特殊性能的混合料（导电、阻燃、FDA、医用等）可供用户选用；
H. 无需硫化，边角料可以重复利用多次；
I. 可以热熔接；
J. 着色性好；
K. 可以与塑料或其他热塑性弹性或e硫化的橡胶共挤出；
L. 新开发的闭孔发泡技术，可制造相对密度低至0.2的海绵制品。
